Service Description

At Valhalla Detail, we take your car's appearance seriously. That's why before we begin any paint correction or coating services, we require a consult to assess the current condition of your vehicle's paint. During this meeting, we'll discuss the estimated time needed to achieve the results you desire, set realistic expectations, and decide on the level of protection that's right for your car. Cancellation Policy

Valhalla Detail – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Valhalla Detail. We strive to provide every client with a premium and personalized experience. To help us serve you efficiently and transparently, please review our booking policy: Booking & Timeframes All services are scheduled in hourly increments based on the estimated scope of work. After booking, you will receive a detailed time estimate tailored to your vehicle and selected services. Please note that certain packages, especially those involving correction and protection, may require multiple days to complete. Outdoor Services Exterior services on oversized or large vehicles performed outdoors are weather-dependent. We will communicate in advance if weather may impact your appointment. Consultations & Pricing All services require a pre-service consultation prior to finalizing your appointment. This allows us to assess your vehicle’s condition, understand your goals, and ensure accurate pricing. Invoices are only issued after consultation, at which point pricing and service scope are locked in. Ceramic Coating Services All ceramic coating packages require a polishing service as part of the preparation process. This ensures proper adhesion and maximizes long-term performance and appearance. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Services We offer pick-up and drop-off services upon request, to be arranged in advance. Please note: fuel used during transport of your vehicle will not be reimbursed by Valhalla Detail. Cancellations & Rescheduling To avoid disruption and ensure efficient scheduling: Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within 24 hours for multi-day services may result in forfeiture of your scheduled time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings, as many materials are ordered specifically per job.
